An Instruction Book with Companion CD, geared toward folks with some clawhammer experience. Because of the ukulele's unique tuning (gCEA), it can be played using an Appalachian banjo technique known as clawhammer. Clawhammer uses fingernail downstrokes, and plucking of of the 4th string using the thumb!

Jere's instruction Book contains 14 tunes, written in easy to read tablature. 8 feature the standard uke tuning (gCEA), and 6 feature a special "F" tuning (aCFG).

Jere recorded 13 of the tunes for the companion CD.
